   At Brice Winthrop and Associates LLC we expect all monthly meetings as well as trainings to be fully attended in mind and body. Stupidity is not an option here and neither should it be anywhere else (though we know of many an agent practicing just to be practicing) Real estate has to be your passion. It just cannot be a part time thing. Nothing in life happens by accident. Let me say that again. Nothing in life happens by accident. There is a greater plan that we will never understand simply because it’s not for us to understand but to empower us as a result of the experience.

 

  Goals keep us focused on growth .They keep us at a heightened level of achievement .We know that in order to meet our goals changes have to make in us around us and for us in order to be the success we are striving to become. Where do you see yourself in one year? Five years? Ten years?  Have you taken the time to think that far into the future? If you haven’t now is the time to do it.

 

  With every action there is most certainly going to be a reaction. The reaction will be either magnified or nullified by our initial action. Costs come down as growth happens. With that being said Brice Winthrop and Associates goal is to become the largest black owned brokerage in the State of Michigan with an extreme fervor for educating their agents   as well as seeking educated agents of every discipline of real estate .A craft is not a craft unless loved and perfected by the one crafting it.
